First off, thank you so much for your recent order! I was genuinely stoked to finally turn international shipping back on and see my gear heading out to all over the place again.
 
Unfortunately, it turns out my talents are strictly limited to designing weird, niche stuff, and I am an absolute liability when it comes to running the back end of a website. I somehow managed to completely botch the shipping settings, which is why the site charged you exactly $0.00 for international shipping at checkout.
 
As much as I wish I were a giant corporation that could just eat that cost, Ruckus Tees is literally just me (hi! 👋) in a room trying to keep this dream alive. International shipping is wildly expensive right now, and if I ship these out for free, I'll basically be paying for the privilege of sending you my art.
 
I really want to get your gear to you, so I’m hoping we can fix my mistake with one of these two options:

Option 2: Cancel your order. If you'd rather not pay the shipping fee, I completely understand and there are zero hard feelings. Just reply to this email, and I will cancel the order and process a full refund right away.
 
Please let me know how you’d like to proceed by Saturday March 14th, If I don't hear back from you by then, I'll go ahead and automatically cancel and refund the order so your money isn't tied up.
